Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking caring LPNs and RNs to provide one-on-one home-based nursing for children and young adults in Missouri. Join a team that values compassionate, patient-centered care within a supportive home environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with premium pay for weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights, plus training and annual stay bonuses for dedicated staff.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but training provided.
• Passion for patient-centered home-based care.
