Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking compassionate nurses for pediatric and home-care clients in the Carthage area. You will provide in-home nursing support, assess patient needs, administer medications, and coordinate with families and clinical teams.

We offer a sign-on bonus for full-time, plus premium pay on select shifts. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and weekly pay with direct deposit. Training and ongoing clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice (Missouri).
• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus, but not required; full clinical training is provided.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home pediatric/home-health nursing care to clients.
• Assess patient needs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Coordinate with families and the clinical team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and safety protocols.
