Job summary

Qualifications

Prefer one year of experience with persons with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

Under supervision, ensures health and medical needs of individuals in group homes are met.
Administers regularly scheduled medications and PRN meds as prescribed.
Collects, stores, and documents medications and health information.
Coordinates lab orders and notifies physicians and RN trainer of results.
Maintains compliance with Public Health, DHS, and Nursing Home Care Reform Act.
