Job summary

Caring Hearts Homecare is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem shifts in the Medford, Malden, Chelsea, Revere, Lynn, and Winthrop area of Massachusetts. Nurses provide in-home care, perform assessments, and administer treatments per physician orders.

The role requires MA RN/LPN licensure, independence, strong time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to travel to cases as assigned. Competitive per-visit pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes.

• Provide hands-on nursing care, like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery.
