Sunset Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our stable skilled nursing facility. We offer a supportive nursing leadership team, mentorship, and opportunities for growth.

We have Day Shift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and full-time positions available, with in-person work location. Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, team-oriented, and compassionate toward residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Florida.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Clear background screening as per Florida HB 531.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
• Participate in training and mentorship for new grads.
• Support 24-hour on-site coverage.
