Job description
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse's (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN), to join our healthcare team. We are looking for Nurses who want a change from the typical agency. We value your experience and want you to be part of our growing team. This is a nurse-run, nurse-led company. We want to continue to build our dynamic team with like-minded individuals who value the art of our profession. We are predominantly a pediatric agency from infant to young adults. We also serve the ODP population which is pediatric to adult. Full and Part time LPN & RN’s wanted!
Responsibilities
• Utilize nursing concepts and skills in the safe implementation of basic preventative therapeutic and rehabilitative nursing care of assigned patient/family as evidenced by documentation and observation of positive patient care outcomes.
• Perform specified independent nursing functions using established procedures, guidelines, policies and standards as observed by the registered nurse.
• Administer medication accurately, observing patient response, as evidenced by documentation in the medical record to avoid negative outcome.
• Maintain and coordinate communication among patient/family or caregiver, staff and physician as evidenced within medical record,
client and health care team feedback.
• Assist patients, family members or other clients with concern and empathy; respect their confidentiality and privacy and
communicate with them in a courteous and respectful manner.
• Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly.
• Safely move patients from wheelchairs or beds.
Requirements
• Valid LPN/RN license in the state of PA.
• 1 to 2 years Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and patient assessment techniques.
• Familiarity with feeding tubes, IV’s, trach & vents, mental health or developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and patient care processes.
• Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to safety standards and best practices in nursing.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, dependent on experience and case.
