RegalCare is excited to announce the addition of RegalCare at Glen Ridge at Medford to our family under new ownership (formerly Genesis Health Care). We are seeking dedicated RN/LPN full-time and part-time staff to work the 11-7 shift.

Benefits: Full-time RNs and LPNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and part-time positions offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus, based on minimum hours worked per week.

Position Overview: We are looking for compassionate RN/LPN Charge Nurses to provide personalized care, assist with daily activities, and ensure resident well-being. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including meals, mobility, and nourishment
• Help with personal hygiene tasks
• Monitor health and report issues
• Document food and fluid intake
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements
• Maintain cleanliness of resident areas
• Transport residents within the facility
• Collaborate with staff and adhere to policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid MA RN or LPN license in good standing
