Franklin Country View LTC, part of Franklin General Hospital, seeks a compassionate LPN or RN for a full-time day-shift role serving elderly residents. You will coordinate total nursing care, provide education to residents and families, and lead collaboration with nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.

Proficiency with clinical documentation is required, with daily use of PointClickCare to support care management.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN licensure in Iowa.
• Experience in elderly or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to lead and educate residents and families.
• Proficient in clinical documentation and care coordination.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time

Location: Franklin Country View LTC, part of Franklin General Hospital
Hours:36 hours per week, varying day shifts:

• 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• If 12-hour shifts do not work, ask about the 6 am to 2pm option.
• Day shift
• NO routine WEEKENDS unless assistance is needed to support team coverage
