Job summary

Sunny Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time and part-time PM/DAYS shifts. The candidate will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide comprehensive nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Ability to monitor and direct Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Understanding and execution of oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Observes, reports, and charts on physical and mental condition of residents.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living as assigned.

Skills
