Maxim Healthcare is actively hiring RN/LPNs for 1:1 home care cases in the Fairview Heights area and surrounding Illinois communities. We offer multiple schedules, competitive hourly pay, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus to eligible nurses.

Work is conducted in patients' homes with consistent routines, supporting families and delivering in-home nursing care. Weekly pay and a supportive clinical team help you balance work with life commitments.

Qualificações

• Must hold a valid RN or LPN license.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Comfort with in-home nursing and family interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 in-home nursing care per care plan.
• Document patient progress and report changes to the clinical team.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to ensure quality care.

Day Shifts

• Fairview Heights: Mon-Fri, Saturdays 7a-4p
• Sat, Sun - 8a-8p
• Fairview Heights: e/o Sun 9a-3p

Night Shifts

• Smithton: Fri & Sat 9:30p–6a
