Job summary

Wpnursing in Fayetteville, NC is seeking qualified LPNs/RNs to join our long-term care team. We offer competitive hourly wages and rotating shifts with options for full-time or part-time employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Experience in long-term care settings and documenting resident care.

Responsibilities

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately.
• Take and record measurements (BP, temp, pulse, etc.).
• Monitor patient progress and medication side-effects.
• Monitor fluid balance and chart results.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications, injections, enemas, and wound care.
• Collect specimens for lab tests as assigned.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Communicate changes in condition to the care team.
