Allaire Rehab & Nursing offers a Baylor Program for nurses, including License Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN), to join our exceptional team!

Shift Hours:

8 hours every Friday or Monday, or 16-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday, with a "FREE" 8-hour shift for participating in the program.

LPN/RN Responsibilities:

• Under supervision, utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff, and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct direct resident assessments and care.
• Supervise nursing personnel to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Create individualized care plans using the nursing process.
• Assess residents daily and adjust care as needed.
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate effectively.
• Train and supervise nursing staff.
• Apply leadership and supervision principles effectively.
• Handle conflicts with problem-solving and communication skills.
• Remain calm and efficient during emergencies.
• Prepare daily duty assignments and treatments.
