Shift Hours:
8 hours every Friday or Monday, or 16-hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday. Earn a "FREE" 8-hour shift when working the program.

LPN/RN Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Help orient and supervise nursing staff, oversee daily operations, and assume leadership roles as needed.
• Conduct direct resident assessments and provide care.
• Supervise nursing personnel to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Create nursing care plans using the nursing process.
• Assess residents daily and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate pertinent information.
• Train and supervise nursing staff.
• Apply leadership and supervision principles effectively.
• Handle conflicts through problem-solving and communication skills.
• Remain calm and effective during emergencies.
• Prepare daily duties, treatments, and tasks assignments.
