Responsibilities of License Practical Nurse, LPN

• Assist in developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Director of Nursing.
• Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing staff, manage daily operations, and assume leadership roles as needed.
• Conduct direct resident assessments and coordinate care in adherence to regulations.
• Formulate and modify nursing care plans based on assessments.
• Assist physicians during rounds and communicate pertinent information accurately.
• Participate in training and supervising nursing personnel.
• Manage conflicts effectively through problem-solving and communication skills.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Prepare daily duties, treatments, and miscellaneous tasks.
