Position Type: Part-Time (2 Days/Week- Likely Monday/Wednesday to start)

Hourly Rate: $33–$48/hour (commensurate with experience and licensure level)

We are currently seeking a licensed LPN or RN to join our clinical team part-time, working in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Position Overview

The Part-Time LPN/RN will assist with direct patient care, clinical procedures, and general clinical support under the supervision of the physician and/or practice manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients in a specialty setting and has strong clinical and organizational skills.

Schedule

• 2-3 Days/Week (Weekdays, looking at Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays to start)
• Shift Hours: 9am to 5pm/ 10am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake and documentation, including vital signs, medication reconciliation, and medical history updates
• Prepare exam rooms and assist during procedures such as joint injections, nerve blocks, infusion treatments, and other interventional pain treatments
• Perform pre- and post-procedure patient care, including monitoring and discharge instructions
• Manage patient follow-up calls, prescription requests, and communication with pharmacies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the EHR system
• Support infection control and proper handling of medical instruments and equipment
• Ensure patient comfort and confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional care delivery

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered New York State LPN or RN license
• Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience , preferably in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or another outpatient specialty
• Proficiency in taking vitals, medication, injection/infusion administration, assisting with in-office procedures
• Familiarity with EHR systems (Practice Fusion, eCW a plus)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• CPR/BLS certification required

Compensation

Hourly Rate:

• LPN: $33–$42/hour
• RN: $44–$48/hour

Rate will be based on experience, licensure, and scope of clinical responsibilities.
