Job summary

Dove Healthcare, serving 11 Wisconsin communities, seeks a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care teams. You will oversee nursing staff across shifts and deliver direct patient care, medications, and treatments to ensure a safe, compassionate, home-like environment.

We offer part-time, full-time and casual openings (AM/PM) with every other weekend and holiday, plus extensive benefits including health/dental/life insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, PTO

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Wisconsin as RN or LPN.
• Degree from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of patient care by directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and CNAs.
• Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
• Observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition.
• Help provide a safe, comfortable, home-like environment.

As a Registered Nurse/licensed Practical Nurse You Will

Required Qualifications
