People Incorporated is seeking a compassionate LPN to support medically involved individuals in a 24-hour home environment in Fall River and surrounding communities.

You will administer medications, follow Individual Service Plans, and help with daily activities, meals, and outings while maintaining residents’ rights and safety.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN license required.
• Criminal background check and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with de-escalation and crisis management when needed.

Low Nurse to Individual Ratio 5 individuals per house

No weekends!

4 weeks of AT time!!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 4pm-11pm

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Fall River and surrounding communities.The LPN will providepremier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
