Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to join a 24-hour supported home environment in Taunton and surrounding communities. You will provide premier nursing services, administer medications, and support individuals in daily activities as part of a dedicated residential team.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check is required.
• TB screening and a physical are required upon hire; TB update every two years.

• Provide structured daily routines including activities, ADL care, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs per ISPs.
• De-escalation and crisis management may be needed to ensure safety.

Our Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities:

• On a daily basis, this position will provide a structured routine that includes but is not limited to house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• This position will implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements:

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are also required.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
