Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification are required.
• Compassion for older adults and a team‑first approach are essential.
• Ability to calculate medication dosages and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills are expected.
• New graduates are welcome with training and support.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, assume responsibility for a group of residents during a shift.
• Provide nursing care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care.
• Assist with medication administration and monitoring as needed.
