Rivers Bend Health Services in Manitowoc, WI is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with NEW INCREASED WAGES. Under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON, you will assess, implement, and evaluate plans of care for residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Active LPN license and CPR certification are required; new graduates are welcome with hands‑on training and ongoing support to grow clinically.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification.
• Compassion for older adults and a team‑first, accountable approach.
• Ability to calculate medications and use standard nursing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Unit Manager/ADON/DON, provide nursing care across assessment, implementation and evaluation of the plan of care.
