Job summary

Chartiers Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its multidisciplinary team in Carnegie, PA. The LPN will administer medications, document health profiles, and support treatment goals for adults with mental health challenges.

Expect daylight, evening and weekend hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Minimum qualifications include PA LPN licensure and at least 1 year of experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the state of Pennsylvania required.
• One (1) year experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Chartiers Center is a private, non-profit corporation funded by state, county, third party insurances and private funds. Services include intake, referral, outpatient therapy, psychiatric assessment, service coordination, substance abuse treatment, training and social rehabilitative services, crisis intervention, partial hospitalization, community outreach, day, and recreational services for adults with intellectual disabilities, homeless outreach, and housing program.

Chartiers Center’s LPNs are critical members of a multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality health care to individuals facing mental health challenges.

Job responsibilities include the following:
