Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• 1 year experience in hospital/long-term care or related health care facility.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health and wellness checks for residents and answer health-related questions.
• Review resident information and assessments before move-in and with changes in condition.
• Order medications and oversee medication schedules for residents receiving medication administration services.
