Job summary

Overland Park Respiratory & Rehab Center in Overland Park, KS is seeking a dependable LPN to join our nursing team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, resident-centered care.

Qualified candidates hold a current Kansas LPN license, CPR certification, and have prior experience in skilled nursing or related clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in Kansas.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain certification as required by the facility.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, resident care plans, facility policies, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition changes and communicate concerns promptly to physicians, RNs, supervisors, and the team.
• Complete accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Perform nursing assessments, wound care, medication management, and related duties within LPN scope of practice.
• Supervise and direct CNAs and other nursing staff.
