Job summary

Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Smithfield is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager or Nursing Supervisor. You will monitor residents, administer medications, and support a safe, dignified care environment.

Requires LPN licensure in Virginia and CPR/BLS certification within 30 days. Nursing experience of less than one year is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the Riverside Health System.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required (VDHP).
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Nursing experience of less than 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Medications and treatments administered accurately per orders.
• Provide emotional, physical comfort and safety to residents and families.
• Supervise and coordinate duties of CNAs to ensure quality resident care.
