Responsibilities

• Reviews daily assignments for each resident and ensures completion.
• Makes rounds on residents at least every two hours and administers meds per orders.
• Collaborates with Care Plan Coordinator to maintain and update nursing care plans.
• Transcribes and implements physician orders; communicates changes to physician and family.
