Apploi is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care for residents and supervise CNA staff. The LPN will coordinate care with physicians, family, and other disciplines in the facility, ensuring compliance with current regulations.

Responsibilities include medication administration, reviewing orders, documenting resident information, and participating in care planning and conferences. A current IL LPN license is required; this role is on-site in Illinois.

Qualifikationen

• Must have current and active license to practice as an LPN in IL.

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and supervise CNA staff.
