Job summary

Vitality Living Franklin is seeking an LPN to join our caring team at 1035 Fulton Greer Ln, Franklin, TN. You will help with medication administration, coordinate with physicians, and keep resident charts up to date.

The role requires an active LPN/LVN license, English communication, CPR certification, and the ability to work 6am–6pm with at least one weekend day per month. Vitality Living offers an inclusive environment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN/LVN license in Tennessee.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist in residents' medications and treatments.
• Collect/store specimens for laboratory studies as directed.
• Coordinate with physicians via phone/Fax and document in charts.
• Assist in developing and revising service plans; inform Wellness Director of resident needs and successful approaches.
• Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director.
