Qualifications

• LPN license in good standing with the state.
• High School diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care with Administrator, Director of Nursing and other disciplines.
• Exercise decision making to maximize clinical outcomes for residents.
• Answer call lights and communicate needs promptly.
• Provide shift reports to oncoming staff with concise, relevant resident information.
• Demonstrate reliability and accountability and maintain documentation.
