Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Massachusetts is seeking an LPN to join a collaborative team serving individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions. Work weekends/hours as needed in a residential setting, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Residential Managers.

The ideal candidate holds an active MA LPN license, CPR within 3 months, and strong communication skills. A driver’s license is required to support home visits and transport as needed.

Qualifications

Massachusetts LPN license required.
Experience with developmental disabilities and/or mental health preferred.
Residential setting experience a plus.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and CPR within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

Implement ISP objectives and healthcare plans with the care team.
Assist with tube feeding and tube medication administration.
Provide wound, ostomy and catheter care as directed.
Support diabetes management and attend medical appointments.
Contribute to ADL skill development and other duties as assigned.
