Northeast Georgia Health System invites applications for its LPN Residency Program at NGMC Gainesville. This 12-month structured program supports new LPNs with under one year of acute care experience to transition into professional nursing practice.

The program offers orientation with a dedicated preceptor, mentors, simulation labs, seminars and didactic learning, with a Winter 2027 cohort starting March 8, 2027 on the Medical unit in Gainesville.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with less than 1 year of acute care experience.
• Active LPN license in good standing is required.

The Northeast Georgia Health System LPN Residency Program is a structured & comprehensive 12-month Program for Licensed Practical Nurses with less than one year of experience as an LPN in an acute care setting.
