Job summary

Livingston Place Assisted Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide personalized care to residents. The role involves monitoring health, managing medications, and supervising the care team, ensuring residents are treated with dignity. The position requires a valid nursing license and at least six months of experience, preferably with seniors. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $73,500, depending on experience and location, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Must have appropriate nursing licensure (i.e., RN, LVN, LPN).
• Minimum six months of on-job experience as a licensed nurse required.
• Receive and maintain CPR and all other required certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide status reports to incoming nursing staff and obtain reports from outgoing staff.
• Chart and maintain medical charts of all pertinent resident information.
• Complete periodic re-evaluation of resident ADL assistance needs.

Skills

Caring nature and willingness to care for the elderly

Proficiency in English

Proficiency in Point Click Care/electronic health record

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), active and in good standing

Minimum six months of on-job experience as a licensed nurse

CPR and all other required certification(s)
