Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited practical nurse program.
• Must be currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Wisconsin.
• At least 6 months of geriatric/rehabilitation experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per individualized plan of care.
• Document observations accurately and timely.
• Administer medications following 7 Rights of Medication Administration.
