Senior Lifestyle is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a clinical care team in Illinois. You will administer medications, participate in admissions assessments, and help design care plans for residents in accordance with regulations.
Requirements include an active LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of senior-care experience. Expect daily tasks that emphasize safety, patient education, and strong teamwork within the community.
