Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR is seeking an On-Call Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the NOC shift. NEW Pay Scale: $44.73/HR - $60.34/HR based on licensed experience. Location: Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center - Eugene, OR.

The role requires a valid Oregon LPN license, and candidates should be able to work 1–2 shifts per week with 2 weekend shifts per month. Includes mentorship through the Long Term Care New Nurse Residency program and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and active LPN license in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address resident needs while developing personalized care plans.
• Provide guidance and supervision to CNAs and other care staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
