Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN/on-call coverage across days, evenings and nights. The facility offers shift differentials, education assistance, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a Minnesota LPN license.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Experience or training in IV therapy per state requirements where applicable.
• Maintains required CEUs and department competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and communicate with residents and families.
