Job summary

Good Samaritan - Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care and transitional care facility in Brainerd, MN. The LPN provides nursing care under supervision, with duties including medication administration, assessments, and documentation to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision of a RN, APN, or physician.
• Perform testing to evaluate residents' status and provide needed care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Work within an interdisciplinary care team and communicate with residents and families.
