Qualifications

• Ability to evaluate nursing needs, exercise judgment, plan and monitor direct care staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs. and to stand/walk up to 90% of shift
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills
