Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking PRN LPNs in Indiana to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. You will work with a supportive team to monitor residents, administer medications, and respond to changing needs.

Responsibilities include communicating clearly with residents, families, and staff, documenting care plans, and contributing to a safe, respectful living environment. Prior LPN experience preferred; new grads welcome, with CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred in a residential or skilled community.
• Certified in CPR and First Aid Certification or willing to obtain upon hire.
• New nurse graduates welcome.
