Job summary

Silverwood Post Acute in Ahwatukee (Phoenix, AZ) is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for the NOC shift on a part-time basis. Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute. Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in Arizona.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Position: Part- Time

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
