Job summary

Haven Memory Care in Gulf Shores, AL is seeking an LPN to join our care team on a PRN basis. You will provide nursing care under state guidelines, document accurately, and collaborate with the care team to enhance residents' quality of life.

The ideal candidate is licensed as an LPN in Alabama, willing to work flexible hours including weekends, and committed to teamwork, integrity, and compassionate resident support.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN by the Alabama State Board of Nursing.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Demonstrates team spirit, good character, and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Standards of Nursing Care and follow state and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with resident medication guidelines.
• Supervise and train Resident Care Assistant team members.
• Conduct monthly resident assessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes and records.
• Collaborate with team to improve residents’ quality of life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the Standards of Nursing Care and Follows the policies and Procedures set forth by the State Board of Nursing, Department of Health and the Company
• Ensure Compliance with Resident Medication Assistance Guidelines Outlined in Company Policy and Procedure Manual
• Supervise and Train Resident Care Assistant Team Members
• Conduct Monthly Resident Assessments
