Maxim Healthcare in Lacey, WA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 home care for pediatric and adult patients. Salary ranges from $35 to $42 per hour, with opportunities to participate in Skills Advancement and Novice Nurse programs.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
