Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to deliver personalized 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across Texas. You will benefit from consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and the chance to make a meaningful difference for patients and families.

Roles include full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts. G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator experience is preferred with training provided as needed.

Competenze

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements
