Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 home care for patients in the assigned service area in Ohio. You will deliver direct patient care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans under supervision of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).
