We are looking for Per Diem LPNs in Newark, Wilmington, or Kent/Sussex, Delaware, within our Private Duty Nursing department. This role offers:

• Flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing overnight care to ensure patient safety and comfort while families sleep.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinating with families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
• Building positive, compassionate relationships.
• Working overnight and weekends.

Requirements:

• Delaware LPN license; one year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Associates degree or completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Experience in acute or chronic care settings or home health preferred.
• Previous home healthcare and long-term care experience is a plus.
• Availability for a two-week daytime orientation at our Camden office, followed by night shift orientation; mandatory one weekend per month. Some schedule flexibility available.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
