Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. Variety of patient acuities available: G-tube, Trach, and Vent patients.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN/LVN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
