Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to work with a patient in the comfort of their own home and provide skilled nursing care on a nightly schedule.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours, night shifts (10pm–8am) with every other weekend, and competitive weekly pay with benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care according to prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
