Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Bellefonte is seeking an LPN to provide primary clinical support across patient ages in a per diem capacity. You will assist providers, record histories and vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.

Responsibilities include assisting with minor procedures, collecting specimens, administering medications under supervision, and maintaining a clean, safe environment in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Ability to provide care within designated age ranges and clinical scope.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Adherence to safety and organizational policies.
