American Health Network, part of Optum, is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our Carmel, IN team. You\'ll provide nursing care, support care coordination, and assist physicians with procedures in a multi-specialty setting.

We value patient education and teamwork. Indiana LPN license in good standing is required, CPR/BLS certification is preferred; compensation includes competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Indiana license with current Indiana registration, in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices.
• Coordinates with other care team members to ensure seamless care delivery and active patient participation in planning.
• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching.
• Provides direction to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel.
