Job summary

American Health Network, part of the Optum family of businesses, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Carmel, IN team. The role emphasizes nursing care, coordination with the care team, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient participation in planning and care.
• Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching.
• Directs clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Indiana license with current Indiana registration, in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a medical assistant in a pertinent practice area
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $36.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
