Honeycomb Management Group LLC in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support patient care across multiple sites. You will assist clinicians, perform nursing tasks, and help ensure smooth clinic operations.

The position requires at least three years of LPN experience, strong knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent patient education and communication skills. Join a collaborative team focused on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program and current LPN license.
• Three years of LPN experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Review and prepare medical records prior to patient exams.
• Assist with history taking and physical assessments; support physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and document results in patient chart.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain a clean, sanitized environment.
• Manage supplies and report equipment issues to supervisor.
• Collect specimens, perform in-house urinalysis, and prepare lab results.
• Administer treatments, injections, and EKGs as appropriate.
• Schedule referrals and assist with patient education and inquiries.
• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Provide LPN clinical support for other sites as required.
